When to Schedule Mediation
Before you sign up for a timeslot, please confirm that all mediation participants (parties and their attorneys) are available to mediate on that date and time. Mediations may be scheduled for the morning, the afternoon or the whole day.
How to Schedule a Mediation
Scheduling a mediation is easy in two parts. First, click on the calendar on the date and time you prefer and click Confirm. Enter your name, email address and any notes you want to include, and click Schedule Event. You are now on my schedule. Second, return to the scheduling page, fill out the form with the requested contact information, click “I am not a robot”, and click Submit. Please include the case number in the notes section. If you prefer to start your mediation at a time other than 9:30am or 1:00pm, please write that in the Notes to Mediator at the bottom of the form.
You can schedule on this calendar for the next two months. If you cannot find a date online, please call me at 941-350-6052 or email me at halveylouise@gmail.com and I will try to accommodate your schedule. I currently schedule only one mediation per day. If both the morning and afternoon sessions are available and you choose the morning session, we can continue it as long as needed.
Once you are on my schedule, I will send out an engagement letter via email.
