Fee Schedule
The fee for mediation is $250 per hour with a minimum 2.5 hours ($625.00). I do not bill for preparation time which includes scheduling, correspondence and review of any summaries submitted prior to mediation. Time is charged at half hour intervals.
Payment is due at the time services are rendered. Each party is expected to pay one-half of the mediation fee at the conclusion of the mediation session unless there is a court order or written agreement outlining a different pay schedule.
Additional charges may apply for evening or weekend sessions or where significant travel is involved for in-person mediation.
Rescheduling/Cancellation Policy
There is a minimum two and a half hours/$625 charge for sessions that are canceled less than two business days (excluding weekends and holidays) in advance of the scheduled mediation.
There is no cancelation fee for sessions that are rescheduled and completed.
